I didn't see it. Went to Callahan's twitter and there is nothing. Searched Scott Frost in the twitter search function and nothing came up, not even a mention of someone saying Callahan had tweeted it.

This doesn’t work if it was done quicker than Google’s Twitter crawler can grab the tweets. And since it was reported to be a very quick-like post and delete (and since the feed isn’t famous enough to be cached elsewhere), we probably won’t see it unless someone has been caching his tweets (e.g. someone from the OWH?).
