I think some are getting pissy at you b/c you say frost is in 200%, but then say its up to him to choose. So, the fact that there are humans involved and to make everyone happy i'd go with 99.9%. This way people wont be so pissy and you are leaving human factor in play with him possibly changing his mind.

9 hours ago he tweets Campbell is expected to be name the head coach of Nebraska on Monday.

Then go back and read his history of tweets, no credibility at all.

I was going to joke earlier about the Campbell as a candidate and watching them lose to K-State to fall to 7-5.

Since he won some games at lowly Iowa State, imagine what he could do with Nebraska resources.

I do not view Campbell as legit option. We have what 20 million in buyouts on the tab. Plus new head coach we will give big contract. We can't add 9 million buyout for Campbell- plus not to be a d!(k but he is not worth paying his buyout
