You all have cannot complain about weather and roads until you live in Louisiana.  I have lived in both.  The weather in winter in much better in Louisiana - but the other three seasons are advantage Nebraska.  There is no comparison between the two in terms of infrastructure.

That’s great, but I don’t think the money is the driving force for any of this.  Even if it was UCF would not be able to compete.
