Shrimp Bacon Cheese Jalapenos:
8 Fresh Jalapeno Peppers
8 Medium-Sized Shrimp, Peeled, Deveined & Cooked Or Deli Shrimp
Monterey Jack Or Mozzarella Cheese
8 Bacon Strips
Sour Cream
Amazing Taste Seafood Seasoning Or Old Bay Seasoning, To Taste-(Opt.)
Cut tops off Jalapeno Peppers and remove seeds; rinse Jalapenos in colander.
Rinse shrimp in colander under cold water; put shrimp in a bowl and pat dry with a paper towel.
Sprinkle your favorite Seafood Seasoning, to taste over the shrimp.
Stuff Jalapeno Peppers first with a small amount of cheese, then one shrimp and fill remainder with more cheese.
Wrap Jalapeno Pepper with a strip of bacon, using a toothpick to secure in place.
Place each Jalapeno on a broiler pan.
Broil Jalapenos until bacon is crispy.
Drain on a paper-towel lined plate.
Serve with sour cream for dipping or your favorite dipping sauce.
