Sig violation ?

Do we have any idea if:

1. They are pictures from protected areas of Rivals, or;

2. Rivals has any copyright on the pictures?

I would think that if they come from a non-protected area of Rivals, copyright is the only issue. Does Rivals have any general statement regarding pictures it posts?

My guess is that it does - most organizations like it do. In which case, yes, we have a problem.

Good work guys. I would agree. Especially since the pics still have the Rivals logo on them in the bottom left corner - so basically its more free exposure for them. And like anything else, if they have a prob with it they'll request them to be removed, and we'll comply.
