Signature Image Resize

I'm sure this is an easy question for someone here. I am trying to add some images for my signature, but I want them all to be the same height. What code can I use to resize the images (Note: each are from online, so I have https for them)?

I have been trying the code below and filling it in with the http, width, height, and alt name. However, when I try to post it, my signature is only the code, not the resized image.

HTML won't work in posts. I'm not sure if there is BBcode for this, but I think your only option is going to be resizing the actual image and uploading them somewhere such as imageshack.us
