He stated on twitter that he is planning on deciding over the summer. With all of the times he's been up to Lincoln and knowing how close he is to his family, I have a strong feeling he ends up in scarlet and cream.

you missed the key word ....early. Hes taken alot of visits for a junior, meaning he probably wants to commit earlier than signing day 2014, which it appears he does. He really likes ND so it will be a battle, but i think we have a good shot.
