I do hope he announces NU. Then I can tell all my cousins from Hiawatha at least there's 1 intelligent person in that town. Worst part is they still talk trash about NU and 3 of the 4 live in lincoln now...go figure.

Sounds like we are in the same situation. Also have family in Hiawatha and I hope i get the joy of sending out a group text that day rubbing it in to all of them.

He is going to announce at 2:30 the day before at his school. That doesn't mean he won't take the two hour drive up to Lincoln on Saturday for the game.

If he does go N, it would be great to see him drive the two hrs up to Lincoln for each home game. He would be a tremendous peer recruit for other defensive targets.
