Has an English class to finish up which will be over on July 18. Finished two science classes and when those get on his transcript he can enroll. Hopefully he'll be on campus the third week of July.

He got the grades he needed and passed all his classes, just waiting on admissions and NCAA clearing house. He should be good to go. Should find out from admissions this week. NCAA OTOH, who knows with those guys.

Sounds like he should be fine thou.
