Nebraska is clearly his #1 choice but Illinois is gaining some speed.

Time for VV to pee or get off the pot. We've been very, very patient with him and he is our primary need for DT, and frankly I'd rather have him over Curry, no offense to Aaron, just due to B1G offenses. The train is rollin' and he need not get left behind.

I hope we don't try to strongarm the kid too much. That tactic didn't work for Brian Kelly. Of course, we've been on Valentine a lot longer than the Irish were on Westerkamp.

I don't see why they wouldn't... I'm not sure who the staff is trying to save room for... This recruiting thing is confusing when you know nothing.

I would have thought so also, but what it appears the Coaches are saying to VV contradicts with that notion.
