SIGNED - LB Dedrick Young

Hasn't set any other OVs. Might not mean a lot being that close to UA and ASU but hopefully that's a good sign for us being higher than everyone else.

 
Ready for a conspiracy theory? Dedrick Young is the backup rb recruit just in case Kendall goes elsewhere. Nebraska is on some better LB prospects who might commit. It's a win win to get him here because he could easily develop into a good player regardless of the side of the ball. If you're Nebraska, you take "three" lb commits if Bussey stays and everything is good. If Bussey goes then you tell Dedrick theres the possibility he plays RB because of numbers and you have a good prospect for that position regardless. Touche' Nebraska.

I agree. I think topping this class off with two LBs and a DE would fill out the class nicely. Of course, any other talented player is welcome... but finding at least one LB is a must at this point.

 
Great kid...I had the honor of coaching him in high school. Very quiet, humble, team first kind of guy. Beast in the weightroom as well (personally seen him bench 415, power clean 320 and squat 625 lbs.). You got a good one!
