I agree stumpy except I hope Stanton doesn't grow that much. Tommy is a very strong, very physical quarterback too. Obviously we will just have to wait. Exciting thought though.

Johnny Stanton - 6' 2" and 22lbs edit 220lbs (ugh.. some peeps kids)

T Armstrong - 6' 1" and 215

^^^ not much difference is size and we don't know if there is a difference in courage. Imagine if one or both have the fearlessness of Frost, quickness of Crouch, speed of Taylor and hell... throw in the hips of Barry Sanders... We'll call them the new "Super" QB's.

I'm sure he's added a little weight and muscle mass.. I'm hoping that we get to see his skills this year. I worry though about Taylor and the Heisman run. I'm sure he'll be on the watch list and that might be a reason Tommy doesn't get much playing time.

You have to love how he keeps his eyes downfield after he gets out of the pocket. I'm pretty excited to see what he can do for us in the future.

Stanton is supposedly 100% recovered from his ACL injury. That's good news as I was afraid he would miss out on a lot of reps this year. I'll still be surprised if he doesn't redshirt but I'm glad he'll be getting good reps in practice.
