Don't know why we waited this long to offer. He's been wanting a Nebraska offer.
Could it be one of those things where they needed to see him throw in person?

On another note, how freaking awesome is it that such a high profile QB recruit -- who will have plenty of options, I'm sure -- has been *wanting* a Husker offer?

No good coaches want to come here? No good skill position players want to come here?

Nebraska has some disadvantages, to be sure. It's great to see them taking these challenges head on and hopefully smashing some misconceptions.

Who cares when he got his offer? He has it before his Junior season, which I'd say is pretty good. He wasn't upset that he didn't get an offer earlier, and in fact everything sounds very positive from him regarding Nebraska and Riley/Langsdorf.

The possibility of him and a few of the kids from Keyshawn 11 coming to Nebraska is extremely intriguing. If we could get them to commit relatively early, this could spring board this class to an entire new level with their help with peer recruiting.

Bingo, it could springboard us to a top 10 class quickly
