Does he remind anyone else of Frantz Hardy... similar size and speed, also the same area he was from.

Hopefully he can be like Frantz minus the drops!

:dunno After not qualifying for Fall, he was trying to come in a semester late so he'd be N for Spring Semester. Scout has a recent article:

The name Antonio Bell hasn’t been thrown around lot lately. Known only to Husker fans as one of a few non-qualifiers for the 2008 class, the plan was always that Bell would end up a Husker, but when? Bell set out on a plan to get qualified and enroll a semester late. Is Bell still in-line to join the Cornhuskers for the spring semester in Lincoln?

from what I have heard he was only 1 maybe 2 points off on his ACT test score... so rather than go to a JC he is taking this semester and preparing for the test, which he is taking soon. He would be here for the spring semester and still have all his years of eligibility. would be nice if we don't pull in one of those other receivers we have on our short list this year.

 
From what I have read he has filled out... put on a little muscle. has been working out quite a bit.

We find out this week if he made the grade... This guy was overlooked a little in recruiting and might be overlooked right now. He could end up being a huge breakaway threat for us. And he is just as good as getting a WR in this years class since he will still have 5 to play 4. remember this guys name in the next couple of years. He had some big fish after him.

 
I don't think he was able to raise his test score, but there might be some other options to pursue to get him eligible. If he had passed we'd know about it by now. Hopefully, a free source will provide the details soon.
