That is the exact reason a lot of kids go to a school a little further away though.

That is true. For me, personally, I would think of anything over 3 hours as "far" from home when it came to college (driving).

If distance is a factor, he would be better off coming to Neb. Our games are played all within the midwest besides our ooc. ND plays a national schedule and his parents would have to travel further away for the road games.

Well, I am not a parent but I would imagine that sometimes parents might want to visit their kids even when its not a football Saturday
