Bummer...something that Nebraska seems to have an issue grasping. Being last when selling a product or service is much better than being first.

Damn it this sucks. If we had a couple of play makers at wr, we would throw more. We don't usually get these type of recruits so we have to run because that's the talent we get.

The talent is there. I really want JW to stick it out with NU but getting fuller could soften the blow.

His twitter still says committed to Nebraska with our logo as his background. Counts for something, right? :thumbs

I wouldnt be so sure that he is gone and if I was in the ND camp I wouldnt be so sure he was a Golden Domer.

The longer this goes on, the better for NU.

As speed said earlier, ND is sitting pretty with Jordan Payton and he would be the fourth WR in their class over JW.

As for the masses that are shocked or "angered" by this, could you honestly fault the kid. His whole family is Catholic and all went to his high school. There is a large push for kids from Catholic high schools to attend Catholic colleges. Also consider when he committed back in May he said he is a HUGE family guy. With family that close to South Bend, along with the fact that has been mentioned about ND's more prolific offense, it is not so suprising.

What Bo hopefully pounded into Jordan's head is the question, where has ND been the last year? They have other WRs committed that were more of a "priority" and show up at the doorstep now? Figure in that you are the priority WR that NU has wanted all along. Those things are a lot to think about. Unfortunately so is family.

Right now I say 55-45 Skers.

It just sucks when you have an astounding kid like this, not rated that high in the beginning and the coaches find a potential diamond and committs early. You start thinking he is in the Neb family. And then he leaves you high and dry. Theres no parity in recruiting. Dang Mack Brown shorts doesnt even have to leave his coach to get guys like this.

Just like Debo and LSU earlier in the month.
