I am going to make hot wings and some other things for game day. I just found this recipe and it may be on the menu. I like to have food prepped early to bake in the oven and dips already made in the crockpot and/or fridge.
This looks good to me for game day too. I like to have food prepped and/or in the crockpot for game day.
Crockpot Spinach & Bacon Queso Dip:
1-(8-oz.)-Pkg. Frozen Chopped Spinach, Thawed & Drained
6 Slices Bacon, Cooked Crispy & Crumbled
16-oz.s Velveeta Cheese, Cut Into 1/2-in. Cubes
4-oz.s Cream Cheese
1-(10-oz.)-Can Diced Tomatoes & Green Chile’s, Drained
Place all ingredients in 1.5-qt. crockpot; cover.
Cook on high for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Remove lid and stir until all ingredients are well combined.
Turn crockpot to warm.
Cover and keep warm until ready to serve with tortilla chips or your favorite chips/crackers.
