Spring Game Tailgating

Hi,

I am new to this forum and was hoping to find some help. I have been to a couple of Husker games but have never tailgated before. I am lookin for a spot where I can go that is fairly close to the staduim. Doesn't have to be extremely close just not a 2 mile hike.

I know that there are some spots that don't allow alcohol since UNL is a dry campus. Basically I am looking for somewhere where I can park, grill some dogs and drink a couple of beers with some friend before the Spring Game. I wouldn't mind paying for a spot or even getting there early for a spot. Just need to know where to go. If anyone can help me out I would appreciate it. Thanks

 
There are some areas north of the railroad tracks where persons rent their yards for parking / tailgating. There was a member here that used to post his location that he rented out.

Since it is a spring game, I don't know what spots specifically that will be open Saturday that normally are open during the season.

The Haymarket baseball/softball complex is another alternative.
