What league you coach for? I actually started coaching a rec league this year too

I do Pony baseball down here in Tampa.

I do Colt in Omaha, definitely fun and kills alot of time

Ah, ok! My oldest is in Shetland and youngest is in T-Ball. I assist on the Shetland team, and I've been coaching with the same guys in fall/spring since 2015. I also was HC for the T-ball team... never again. I'm moving my almost 5 y/o up to Shetland in the fall and his older brother will be in Pinto.

Yea I wanted to coach older kids, help develop them after they know the basics and what not.
Sitting at 7-2-1 and play the one of the best teams in the league Friday and Saturday

Nice! Coaching young ones is... rough. T-ball was a waste because none of the other coaches take it seriously (nobody makes the kids leave bases if they're out, but me), so I'm moving my youngest up ASAP because he's used to playing with bigger kids. My oldest's team finished 15-3, did some travel games around the city, and are 1 game away from the championship on Sunday.
