Spring Practice Notes

I know some players on the team. Last spring every player was in the main locker room, because there was enough lockers. Anybody who did not make the fall roster was moved to the auxillary locker room during the season. Bradley and Dixon were in the main locker room last fall. This spring all early enrollers were put in the aux room....along with Bradley and Dixon.

Here are the high school stats for Belt. 250 carries for 3000 yards and 55 touchdowns. Thats his Jr. and Sr. years combined. He played basketball and baseball also. He only attended one football camp after his junior year and that was Nebraskas Friday night lights camp. Had he decided to attend more camps he may have recieved more D1 offers who knows? https://www.hudl.com/video/3/7896122/5a01e62dbee1971da0c43950
Holy s#!t.  That kid knows how to avoid getting tackled and has speed.  I’m truly shocked he didn’t get lots of offers, even if he didn’t put his name out there.

I feel better about our rb depth now.

I was never one who thought our guys were out of shape or fat the last 10 years, but this O Line looks leaner. To be honest they look more like Wisconsin, but not quite as tall. I'd say that's a good thing!

Yesterdays practice...No Mo for 3rd straight practice. No Wandale for 5th practice this spring. No Wyatt Mazour for 7th practice. No Brody Belt for 1st time. Bradley and Miles Jones took most reps...a few by Moses Bryant
Lot of guys listed.  Lot of guys with no reps....Glad we are getting depth.  It's spring and not concerned, but not a lot coming out from practice.RB will be interesting moving forward losing Oz and possibly Mo.....

Wonder if our new jersey speedster will need to take some RB reps this fall with how things are going
