Nebraska does have huge tilts with OU in 2021/2022, but otherwise is playing Colorado/Cincinnati.  Colorado/Cincy isn't hugely different than ISU.

Nebraska does not appear to schedule an appreciably tougher non-conference slate than Iowa.

We have played recently, and will play soon, the following in the non conference:

2000-2001 we played Notre Dame

2002-2003 we played Penn State

2004-2005 we played Pitt/Southern Miss then Pitt/Wake Forest

2006-2007 we played USC

2008-2009 we played Virginia Tech

2010-2011 we played Washington

2012-2013 we played UCLA

2014-2015 we played Miami

2016-2017 we played Oregon

2018-2019 we play Colorado

2021-2022 we play Oklahoma

2026-2027 we play Tennessee (this was originally scheduled for much much earlier but they reneged and rescheduled it down the road, don't remember why)

Obviously a number of them weren't great when we played them but also obviously nobody hardly has control over that.

Lol, what?  Iowa has won the division once since Nebraska joined.  Frankly, outside of the year you ran the table then got stomped out twice to end the year in 2015 you've pretty much been the same team we have.

Only difference is we're looking (hopefully found) the right coach to consistently turn it around while you're not only stuck with mediocrity you also continue to commit to mediocrity.  I envision a nice beatdown at the hands of penn state a few weeks from now to put iowa fans back in their place after getting hyped up at this cupcake schedule for 2018

Iowa played 10 P5 games nearly every year of the 12-game schedule before the B1G went to the 9-game schedule, and now continue to play 10 with ISU being the tenth.

We played home and homes with Pitt x4, Arizona State, Arizona, and Syracuse.  The only years Iowa didn't play 10 P5 was to play NIU in a neutral site game at Soldier Field in Chicago, which they did twice.

Nebraska played 9 P5 games every year from 2008 through 2015, the last year of 8-game B1G schedule.  2015 had BYU, which is almost P5.  2007 had two P5 with historical power Wake Forest and USC.  2005 you played 11 P5 games, with historical powers Wake Forest, ISU, and Pitt. 

Iowa played only 9 P5 games two or three times in the past 15 years.  Nebraska did it for 8 consecutive years.

Iowa has played two P5 teams HaH in the non-conf nearly every year of the last 15 years.  ISU and (Pitt|AzSU|Ariz|Syracuse), and two buy games.

Nebraska has played one P5 team HaH in the non-conf nearly every year of the last 15 years.  And three buy games.

Troll attempts? I just don’t think us Husker fans appreciate how much Iowa fans fear Dakota schools. Are you saying that you consider them more of a challenge then Nebraska?
