I went with Bell, but once this season is over that might change.  Anytime I think of bell I think blocking for some reason!

Very few times could you say a WR at Nebraska played in a pass-heavy offense and/or with some better QB play (which I assume is a reference to their passing ability rather than running ability). Thus, it would probably be a strike against Bell if he did, as an incomparable advantage.

Morgan - esp after a year in Frost's O.  I expect he will excel with a good QB and multiple targets - hopefully give him more one on one opportunities to shine.

But Bell gets a big +1 for WR down field blocking.
