Status updates

Approach 1-I would send him a pm that we have been getting complaints about it and that we would appreciate it if he would stop.

Approach 2- Tell him that if he does it again we will consider it spam and raise his warning level.

Approach 3- Both.

BTW We need to keep in mind that he has the same IP as pasta.

Any other suggestions anybody??

I favor number 1. Calling it spam is a reach, at best, and we certainly reserve the right to remove questionable material and the members who post it.

 
Asked jjamus to change "Chasing pu$$y makes me hungry!" Am I being too prudish, or is that not something we want on a status update?

 
No, I agree. We've always tried to make this a family-friendly board, and we know that some parents actually read it with their kids present. It doesn't take folks long to realize where the danger zones are (Woodshed, Daily Skin, BS forum) and they can avoid them when kids are around. However, given that the status is there for all to see on the opening page, I think we need to keep it a little cleaner.
