StPaul is back at it. Once again with a post that's simply a flame rather than an attempt to carry on a conversation or make a point. LINK Even though it's his 5th infraction I didn't permaban him. But he did earn a nice long vacation from HB.

I hope we see the old pre-2015 StPaul when (if) he comes back. But I wouldn't bet on it.

Good call on this. I agree with you - not sure what's gotten into him. I've really enjoyed him but he's been pretty obnoxious for awhile now.

Tough call but the right call.

 
Dear goodness. Someone please tell me he hasn't always been like this. I sure don't remember him being like this until the last couple years.

Nothing really breaking the rules right now but I swear he goes full dogmatic on basically anything he talks about.

His view = perfect, how could anyone possible even think differently

Opposing view = how can you be that stupid.

Not that he says things that way but that's how he posts. Pretty much every time. About everything.

Though I had forgotten that NUance was the one who gave him the long vacation, which probably explains why he now thinks NUance is a dousche.

Yeah, that's what I'm afraid of. I kind of saw it coming back in post #12.

Which is unfortunate. It sure seems like he was a really good member back in the day. Now it's like everything has to be a fight - even trivial things.

I hope it doesn't come to that. But I'm not so sure.....

 
I understand having his guard up regarding us for a little while after getting discipline, but this has been a really long time. I hope he can put down his shields at some point. Makes everyone uncomfortable.

 
He's still harboring a grudge for his recent suspension. He called the leadership team out in the new tangent thread. I'm not sure if saunders is referring to something different, though.

He's also doing a fairly good job of maintaining his disagreeable nature in the Fox commercial thread.

He hates the Fox commercial, hates the $5 trophy (pretty sure he's the only one on this board), and has just been so combative lately. He's also not been shy to take a dump on osborne at any chance, but boy does he love the current AD. Wonder if he's related.

Edit: Also, Mountain Man and Football Guy Bob have been going around +1'ing all his posts taking shots. I'm curious if there's a connection.

Paul has been fairly vocal about his dislike for the board's leadership team (specifically certain members) since he came back from suspension. Unprovoked, he called out NUance in a 'Shed thread and then posted that jovial comment today. I imagine anybody who might harbor some level of resentment towards any mod/admin might find his brand of resistance amusing.

His potshot at the leadership team is trivial, not worth our time and more akin to the grumblings of an elderly curmudgeon, but it's certainly still disrespectful and not the right avenue to air that grievance.
