Taco Dip:
1 lb ground beef
1 onion chopped
1 can chopped green chiles drained
1 pkg. Taco Seasoning
3/4 cup water
2-(16-oz.) cans Refried Beans
4 cups Shredded Mexican Cheese or cheese of your choice
Chopped Black Olives-(opt.)
Brown and drain ground beef. Stir in water, Taco Seasoning, onion and chiles. Cook 15 minutes. Stir in Refried Beans and heat through. Pour into a greased casserole pan and bake 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and olives. Return to oven until cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla chips and sour cream. Can be used as burrito filling.
