Remember when we had to play Washington again in a bowl?
Wouldn't you just LOVE a bowl rematch with a Pac 12 team this year?
While this is obviously a weeeeeee bit premature, a look at the bowl schedule shows TWO possible Big Ten vs Pac 12 bowl games, but I think we would need to be the 5th (or possibly 6th) best team in the Big Ten this year to get an invite to either one:
The 3 PM New Years Eve. San Francisco Bowl (on FOX) that pays $3.6M
or
The 7 PM New Years Eve. Holiday Bowl (San Diego) on FS, that pays 6,326,258.
Earlier bowl games would have a Big Ten opponent against:
CUSA (12/26 SERVPRO FIrst Responder Bowl in Dallas with a payout of 1,867,000
ACC (12/26 Quick Lane Bowl in Detroit with a payout of $750,000)
ACC (12/27 Pinstripe Bowl, Bronx, NY with a payout of $4.3M)
SEC (12/28 Music City Bowl, Nashville, with a payout of $5.65M) - but they have the option of choosing an ACC team instead of the Big Ten.
