Tater Tot Casserole:
1 lb ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 onion, diced
2 minced cloves garlic
1’-(15–oz.)-can green beans, drained
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups frozen tater tots
salt & pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Grease an 8 or 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray
Add ground beef and onions and 2 minced cloves garlic in a large skillet cook and drain off fat.
Stir in cream of mushroom soup, followed by green beans Put the meat into a baking dish and spread evenly; Top with cheddar cheese; add tater tots.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until tater tots are golden brown.
