TE Chase Allen [Iowa State - Signed LOI]

IMO...Asiasi would be a better DE then a TE. Watched him play against Trinity, TX and he was a monster on defense. The broadcasters were saying the same thing.

Not necessarily. Do we know if Petrino was visiting another recruit or if he just "didn't make it"?

Petrino didn't visit anyone last night. He didn't go so that he could still go visit a LB today.

Heard he got caught in traffic dropping off a co-ed and couldn't make it.

I honestly can't fathom a person choosing Iowa State over Nebraska for anything other than a few reason:

Lives near Ames.... that's about it.

His Dad has ties to the university so that is another consideration.
With Chase's athleticism and size, I really want him to pick DONU, but probably not as much as I'd rather see him pick someone else other than Michigan.
