It seems to me like they are mainly saying guys will join the program at the positions they are used to playing.  But it seems pretty likely that several are going to grow into a different position.

I've only ever seen Flynt talk about being a TE.  But definitely a blocking-first TE.  So it would seem entirely possible that he could slide in one spot at some point.

Keelan Smith seems like he'll end up at TE some time but for now they are talking about being a WR.

And at least a couple of the safeties are likely to be outside linebackers later on.

 
He had back surgery - not sure what the story is.  He is back (no pun intended) to practice this week.  Probably won't play for a couple more weeks.

 
I've seen him play here in person against my son's high school. Good size, but more of a blocking TE.

They didn't throw the ball to him one time so I have no idea how good his hands are.
