Buy the dip buy the dip buy the dip. Earnings were a beat all around. They are just slowing the rate of store openings. CAVA is a long term, continually cost average buy play.Ummm...did we celebrate too soon with CAVA? I went from up 8% to down 4% almost instantly. Thanks @Archy1221

As I was saying about a dip buying opportunity.
In all seriousness, this stock reminds me of when I read an investment book, and one of the known hedge fund guys was saying how infrequently the general public fails to correlate things people like/popular to use, do, or eat in life and how the companies that are behind it are often good investment opportunities. Especially if it is relatively new.
I tried this place a few times, enjoyed it, noticed it was always busy when I went so looked to see if it was publicly traded, etc…
Same thing can also be said in instances like the semiconductor sector. People loved investing in companies that make the end product like Apple, Dell, Google but may miss the opportunities in investing in the companies that make the products that those other companies develop actually perform.
YES!Yes.
Years ago, I read a book where the guy who wrote it, many times would be sitting around with his teenage kids and their friends. If they start talking about something new they really like, he would then research it. If it's publicly traded, he'd buy.
When you mentioned it, I had eaten at one on our big trip over the holidays. They aren't in Nebraska yet. But, I liked it.
