I can go nuts at Amigos, I have 1 within walking distance of where I live.

I have ordered different stuff and have to say a mix of the hot sauce and salsa goes very well too. 

Ranch dressing goes great with everything.   The only think I have had off the menu I didn't like is the tortilla wrapped hotdogs.
