You recruit a 6’9 he is gonna have cinder block feet. Perhaps he made it worse. But he didn’t recruit a guy with a short wingspan. Also didn’t make him have the 5,000 false start penalties like he had last year either. It’s hard to tell if he just doesn’t care or if he is really that bad. Thanks to the War Daddy Zach Duval for turning his feet into cinder blocks.

Coached against him in high school. Good athlete for his size and did well, but he moves about the same as he did in high school...nimble is not a word I would use to describe him, but I am not a recruiting analyst. When you are 6'9" what is a short wingspan, 6'6"?
From his 247 profile:
Has nimble feet in moving to the second level and is adequately flexible with the ability to sink his hips on contact. State champion wrestler who has a natural sense of balance, particularly for a prospect of his height. Shows good reactive quickness in mirroring smaller defensive linemen.
LOL. This reminded me of the end of Animal House.Branson Yager .8566 #83 OT - Left after 1 semester, whereabouts unknown
WoofSherman touched on this in his article today, so I went and looked at our OL recruiting under Frost/Austin. Four recruiting classes have only produced 3 starters. And we are now starting 3 super seniors. Could you imagine how bad it would be w/o the Covid rules?
With Teddy's injury, our starting OL is:
possibly the worst RT in the B1G
super senior from the Riley years
super senior walk-on from the Riley years
transfer super senior who played in 2 games between 2020 and 2021
#4 OT recruit that is better suited at OG
2018
Will Farniok .8581 #15 C - Transferred to Tulsa
Willie Canty .8526 #91 OT - Never made it to campus
2019
Bryce Benhart .9349 #13 OT - Feet turned into cinder blocks
Desmond Bland .8871 #1 OG JUCO - Never made it to campus
Michael Lynn .8614 #67 OT - Never played
Brant Banks .8613 #68 OT - Barely played
Matthew Anderson .8572 #77 OT - Transferred to Campbell
Ethan Piper .8410 #90 DT - Played as a FR and SO, can't see the field anymore
Jimmy Fritzche .8310 #146 OT - Transfer portaled to ???
2020
Turner Cocoran .9748 #4 OT - 8th highest ranked recruit since 2000, can't play tackle at all
Alex Conn .8647 #55 OT - Hasn't seen the field
2021
Teddy Prochazka .9105 #18 OT - Started as a TFr, injury prone?
Henry Lutovsky .8809 #32 G - Backup as a RFr
Branson Yager .8566 #83 OT - Left after 1 semester, whereabouts unknown
I always liked the old WWF days when some really off-the-wall wrestlers would be announced as being from "parts unknown". My favorite guys from "parts unknown" were the Moondogs, Rex and King.LOL. This reminded me of the end of Animal House.
Whereabouts unknown….
when they would announce the intro for the Super Destroyer (he wore a mask) they would indicate he was from "parts unknown" and also "weight unknown" . After the intro Jesse "the body" Ventura remarked, "Strange place that parts unknown. Everyone wears a mask and there isn't a scale in the whole town"I always liked the old WWF days when some really off-the-wall wrestlers would be announced as being from "parts unknown".
