The ban is off

Its just a confusion in terminology. To me, a ban is when you are blocked from posting or viewing on a particular bard. They can be temporary or permenant thus the distinction between a "ban" and a "permaban". That has been the language I've seen on many other boards and its just slightly different here. If you are blocked for a week you were banned for a week, or suspended. It's the same thing.
