I assume the cutoff is midnight eastern time. The deal could be done by then, but not released till later. Count on Boris to hold out till the bitter end if necessary.

How about we say it's 11 eastern which means it's passed the deadline. Seeing how theres no annoucement of him signing and it's past the deadline, that means hes a husker. Anyone with me, or are we sticking to the 11 central time?
