The Courts (not specific to either party)

so if my wife serves the kids in her daycare chicken nuggets....and 1 of the kids chokes to death on a bone......it's the kids fault?

or stated another way...your kid goes to daycare and get's served chicken nuggets for lunch and he/she chokes to death on a bone....it's your kids fault?

This might be heartless, but yes.  It’s the kids fault.  There is a reason we tell our kids to chew their food.  If you actually chew, you will find a bone before swallowing.  And if my kid isn’t old enough to handle it, the caretaker should break them into smaller pieces.  I have multiple children and grew up in a daycare household.  This isn’t anything new.

Now, does your wife know the Heimlich maneuver?  Was she supervising dinner?  Were the nuggets served in appropriate serving sizes?  Those are things your wife does to make sure kids don’t choke.

Are these from our resident chef @knapplc's twitter feed?
Not sure where those fries were from but I'm sure @knapplc could make better ones.  However, the ribs are frin BurnCo  BQ Tulsa.   They use 12 haste bake grills to do their handiwork.  Good, award winning BQ.   Their main Tulsa place burned down a couple of years ago, but they have an equally nice place on the Riverwalk in Jenks (SW Tulsa).
