It sounds simple, but I love the way Frost and his staff preach about not being afraid to fail, because that has got to be the mindset. The players have to feel it is ok to make a mistake, learn from it and move on. I always said if you mess up that is fine just do it fast, which is what they are saying. Diaco and his players were afraid to make a mistake and they played like it. BP defenses played the same way. It can't just be about scheme, sometimes you have to trust your players to make a play. Heck we saw more blitzing in the spring game than we saw in 6 games last year.
