So, it's not true? I haven't seen contrary news.I’m so shocked that this tweet turned out to be moronic.

Thanks for your concern.Did you read the other replies? The guy is implying the Democrats are doing something wrong. It was pretty obvious without even looking anything up that there is probably a law in place that keeps him on the ballot and that the tweet is probably stupid, but as the person who posted it or is concerned about it, that's probably something you should look into. But you posted it without looking it up yourself or saying anything about the tweet. You seem to post tweets like this a lot - you should add your two cents. Otherwise it looks like you're in the same boat as the person tweeting it.
What? He's willfully misrepresenting what's happening. His very first words are the wrong part: "The Democrats in Michigan and Washington are..." The law is what's dictating these things, not the Dems. He's right.
Thanks for your concern.
Here's my 2 cents. He's right. Evidenced by the fact that rather than supply contrary evidence, you question the tweeters ( and mine) intelligence
shady as hell
It's ridiculous. There's a clear law that was in place before any of this started. The states are abiding by that law. Republicans cry...."Those evil Dems".Enforcing the law is "shady as hell."
This is a totally unserious argument.

Just an fyi but Ohio looked into the provisions for the Democrats and calling special sessions Which they didn’t have to look into. I assume that was law also :dunnoWith all due respect you're making it incredibly hard not to right now.
I see this from Tuesday that indicates an active, not passive, effort. https://www.businessinsider.com/states-denying-rfk-jr-ballot-removal-2024-8?op=1
Ds sued to keep RFKjr off State ballots when they thought he would hust Biden. Now they will sue to keep him on ballots, because it will hurt Trump.
By all means, a smart play by Ds powers that be. But, just like everything else in the past couple months...shady as hell.
I am sure you, as a Kamala supporter, would have no issue with Rs forcing States to leave Biden on the ballot...right?
I am referring to everything done by the Ds since about May...but you knew thatEnforcing the law is "shady as hell."
This is a totally unserious argument.

Devo and his post are saying that same standard could be held for the states he is talking about too.
