So, what I just heard was that Eichorst first contacted Riley on Tuesday.

TUESDAY.

And was hired on THURSDAY.

i think he first said tues. then changed it to monday...so sounds like monday

Sorry wasnt trying to troll. No he didnt but you can tell hes waiting for some games to finish before he contacts them. Thats what i got out of it.

Will talk to current staff. Talked to Barney last night and he was very helpful. It's hard for the current guys - they're invested here and coaching a game. Could blend current staff into his staff.

Why should people have confidence that Riley can get it done here?

The preparation for football, and the ability to recruit and fit in the talent of his team will give them a great opportunity to win. Always trying to prep yourself to win. They've been on the brink of doing that at OSU - going to the Rose Bowl, but fell just short.

Really punting on this question.
