Defensive line came to play! Offense needs to get that quick run game back going. 

Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaave to come out hot in the 3rd and 4th. Can't let Minnesota get confidence in this tight a game.

We have no threat in the passing game with Purdy back there so they can key in on the run now.  Purdy is terrible in passing situations imho.

Eh, we had early success with the QB under center so Grant could get rolling right away.  Now everything is shotgun delay so the RB has to wait.  Timing is off.

Busch should get a medal for how much better the ST and defense are since he took over. It’s incredible that the same unit we saw against Georgia southern is pitching a shutout today.

This has been the best half of football NU has played all season. Good game plan to start the game. The team is executing well and playing with a lot of effort. Nothing wrong with playing ugly, if that’s what it takes to win.
