Why would a head coach like him downgrade to a oc role? That makes no sense.  Now I'd love for Nebraska to offer Urban but Nebraska loves to beat themselves with stupid decisions so we has Husker Fans have to accept that which I have. I hold out for hope that they will eventually change their fortune but who knows.  :dunno

Honestly, just a thought. No idea if it's ever happened before unless it's a "former HC", but why not.  Chadwell has ties to NU via Moglia.  Frost and Co went there a few years ago to study his scheme.  Also a chance to prove that his system can beat the big boys.  It'd be up to the HC, to choose as O,  but with the 4 names allegedly in the finals, he'd be high risk high reward if offered as OC..

Offering Chadwell the OC position would be a slap in the face. If I were him and they offered that spot I'd hang up on them.

I'll say it again.  I wanted him to replace Frost a year or 2 ago. I'd like to see what he could do as a HC.  I just think his O would cause some fits in the B1G.
