Lots of personal attacks here, yet it was posted 21 hours ago and is still here. 

Most rich people got that way by working hard and making good decisions. Most people would do better financially by working hard and making good decisions. 

As far as the myriad of personal attacks here, I refuse to respond in kind. I’ll simply say, have a nice evening.

Many of us have expressed a lot of frustration towards MC in the past for going overboard with conclusions and unfairly painting with a broad brush. Certainly don't disagree with @Moiraine on that assessment.

It's kind of an old joke that has run it's course.  It was kind of funny awhile ago but not so much any more.

Correct. It clearly bugs him. Not fully sure why but he asked people to stop.. Some of us(myself included) got the memo kind of late but best to not mock him for his age(he is no older than most posters and not sure where the joke started but it grew legs fairly quickly).
