Matty's comment was a bit snobbish. He has a tendency to do that without realizing it. Not defending it, but he's been catching all sorts of hell last few days in the recruiting forum.

I get why you got the warning even if I think it was a little extreme. Been there myself.

He's been catching sh#t because he deserves it.

When he's being sh**ty, sure. I'm talking about the updates he posts about recruits being met with immediate snark. I know it's not that big of a deal, but he still takes it to heart. Like knapp has been saying, needs to complete his numbing. He's looking for people to take that frustration out on and unfortunately that has been Rike.

I post something two days ago and his response to me is, "are you f'ing serious, Clark?" Then I post something else and he responds with what he did, which was not "hey lets be optimistic here". And then two hours later he responds to another of my posts "there he is again."

The *only* posts were your "STFU", in response to what looked like a very mild admonition about being negative. It looked like a reasonable response on his part and laid out a reason why your specific worry wasn't warranted, in his view. That was all the context I had.

It sounds like we do need to talk to Matty about this. But, regardless, and I will emphasize this again: posts like the one you got warned for earn warnings.

At this point I don't care anymore. If he keeps following me around with snarky comments, I will respond like I did again and take the ban.

If this is your mindset, then I'm sorry.

The fact that Rike got a warning for that is mind blowing. Team Rike and if someone is trolling or being a sh#t then you should have every right to tell them to f#*k off.

That's the thing, I'm not trolling anyone, so therefore no one has the right to tell me to STFU.. If you want to say it, take it to the woodshed where it is allowed.

I love seeing walk-ons get scholarships, but at least wait to see how many we have left over after signing day and players transfer.

It's possible that I've simply just seen a couple posts that were negative lately from you and then I singled you out for it, if that's not the usual, then I apologize. I don't have a great memory. Sometimes I get things lumped together and it's not completely accurate. There are lots of posters here, I do get things stuck together at times. It also hasn't helped that I've been ridden pretty hard for going out on a limb and giving too much hope about Darnay.

Yes. Has gone overboard in a few scenarios.
