They simply don't get better,

It's going to be a hard pill to swallow people, but at this point if you factor in the recruiting level vs the product on the field it would be pretty hard to argue right now that we are not the worst team in the nation. Need to make some very tough decisions going forward

With better development, we might've had a QB on our roster that we could win with.
