Why do I keep hoping for a UCF type Frost attack and play? Where the hell did that go? It never showed up.

I think you have to look squarely at the QB position for the answer to that one. Martinez' career has been defined by ups and downs. He hasn't always had the best support cast, but he whiffs too many times to offset his successes. Overthrown balls, fumbles, missed reads on his routes, spotty decision making. You really can't have that in the kind of offense Frost tried to institute here.
