New rule to encourage fair catches on kickoffs.

This, ladies and gentlemen, has been Nebraska football for the entirety of the Frost tenure. 

I said this 2 years ago.  He coaches compartmentalized.  Meaning the offense, defense, and ST all coach independently of each other.  No desire by the O to eat the clock to give the D a rest.  Just 3 separate pieces not working together....

Change in kickoff rules to help prevent some extra hits especially on the head. Guaranteed 25 if a kick is past that point over maybe getting to that point. Its essentially a touchback.

Been a rule for a few years.  Any fair catch on a kickoff inside the 25 starts at the 25.

Imagine if NU ever committed to that.  You know, have an identity based in 12 personnel, heavy sets, traps and counters, PA passing, rolling QB outside pocket etc.....
