Urb talked about coming into a program as a new HC.  If system is in place use a garden hose.  If not, use a firehose and blow it all out.....We need a fire house.  The talent will leave in the portal...

With all due respect to the players and program itself, I don't think there's much talent on this team.  Probably like one or two players maybe?  We shouldn't be concerned about players leaving because 98% are very bad.

Our OL is terrible. Raiola was a bad hire. We need a mobile QB that can take off instead of eating sacks. If we could set up screens that would be nice. The OU defense is getting aggressive and for good reason.

I won't put the O line issues all on Raiola.  Injuries and suspensions haven't helped the situation, also I think if we had different players and a much different S&C coach this would be a non issue.

Our recruiting is poor. The local LB corp is not cutting it.

It was worth getting the occasional call wrong just so we didn't have to watch 45 minutes of referee action every game.
