Ya agree, at some point you would pride would kick in a little but they just don’t seem to give a crap.  Maybe the fans should react the same and stop caring too

This is the thing that mouth breathers that scream he'd leave in three years or whatever don't understand.  Urb WOULD NEVER bring a JV staff with him.  

He'd leave a competent staff behind.  How about Herman as OC...Coach in waiting...

He is. But like I've said all along, there's a reason why he's never been a HC. Great position coach, great recruiter, but not HC material. Unfortunately, we're gonna lose his recruiting skills bc I don't see him sticking around after this season. Kelly will probably bring him back and bring Allen in also.

Realize that but we’re sh$tying on the players now.

Who knew Utah was loaded with 5 star in state talent. That’s news to most everyone I would assume. 

Also don’t forget the recruiting machine that is Bowling Green. Just turnkey. Brimming with talent historically.

I don't know that it looks a lot different if we're playing North Dakota St today. Lots of quit in these guys.

Now think of how unrealistic that actually is.

All an AD would need to know if he wants to fix this.  Use the money we have.
