I mentioned before that we have lost every game directly after the bye week under Frost.  This will be no different.

I think it's not only performance-based when it comes to AM either. Frost doesn't want to bench guy the rest of the team views as their leader.

But in any team environment, even the top dog can't be beyond reproach. We need accountability when the leader screws up, too.

That's how you flip culture.  EVERYONE is accountable.
