Police checking on reported damage to a car belonging to Richie Incognito, the player at the center of the Miami Dolphins' bullying scandal, say Incognito told an officer he did the damage himself.
Sgt. Mark Clark says the former Husker took responsibility when police contacted him Thursday.

He says police first went to Incognito's home Wednesday after being contacted by TMZ Sports and being given a photo of a black Ferrari with several dents in its hood.

All jokes aside, I hope this guy gets true help. We are talking about an extremely large man with violent tendencies. Something is going to snap in him and the next time it might a person he takes a bat to.

Meh. A scrawny 16 year old who gets his hands on daddy's gun worries me a lot more. This guy had issues before and this whole thing probably pushed him way over the limit. Incognito claims Martin was going to get cut and made up the claims so that the Dolphins wouldn't go after his signing bonus.

Martin says it's mainly his parents who were pushing the claims.  He said he never told any players or coaches that he was bullied.
