The Tangent Thread

TNA....just a bit of advice for on a message board.

Don't take people who disagree with you so personally. In every thread, you come in here, say something, then when someone disagrees with you you claim...."Shooting the messenger", "butthurt", "sand in your vagina" and on and on and on.

This is a discussion board and reality is, you don't know everything and there are other people with good information also. That is true with anyone who comes in here. There isn't anyone who knows everything. However, it seems like every time you say something someone disagrees with, you get offended.

I take it personally because I'm trying to provide useful information about something I heard first-hand, yet I get attacked and ridiculed like it's something I'm just making up.

"First and foremost, we hope a kid honors his verbal commitment," Stewart said. "I think it's happening all across the country - kids are committing earlier and earlier. I know where I was at 17, and your mind can change, things can shift. I also think it's okay to review in your mind and go through the process. It's okay to look at every opportunity. Yes he is a verbal commitment to Nebraska, but with all these offers, it might be hard not to make a change."

Give him his sticker please.

You've made your point about eight times in posts. We get it you were at the game. You a chit chatted with his coach in the fourth quarter or whatever.

Are we super positive this ain't FLU

Wouldn't it be ironic if he switched to a Mississippi school? Geography wouldn't have anything to do with it.

Just a matter of better coaching.

Hate to say it, but I'll be really surprised if Bussey winds up at Nebraska over an SEC school.
disagree. There is nothing pointing towards him flipping. Just the opposite. His dad seems firm for DONU, and so does he.
Well remember, I live in the area and word-of-mouth from coaches down here (including his own) is that he'll wind up at an SEC school.
What do they say about why he has made so many visits (along with his dad on their own dime) to Nebraska this year?
Did you read the article? Even his coach mentions that it'll be hard for him to ignore the SEC offers. The rep for the New Orleans FOX affiliate said the same. You guys just don't realize how strong the SEC presence is down here.
Wait, I thought location didn't matter.

This discussion has become very disappointing. TNA, I was hoping to hear more about your thoughts (given your first-hand knowledge); yet, all I am reading is arguing about nothing.

Sounds to me like his mind is a raging torrent, flooded with rivulets of thought cascading into a waterfall of creative alternatives.

I have a feeling the Assassin is a troll. I mean hell, everything you need to know is spelled out twice in the last word in his username. JMO.

How the heck am I a troll when I'm posting direct quotes from a newspaper article. Way too many smartasses in this thread. Fine, he's going to Nebraska, no doubt about it. That's all anyone wants to hear so that's what I'm going to say.

You brought this on yourself! You post, but do not read (listen). Everyone has an opinion, respect it!

I'm about to tell my boy Narcisse to forget Nebraska, these smartass fans don't deserve a player like you. Never thought in a million years I'd be involved in arguments with other Nebraska fans. Never.

You have it backwards. I have stated numerous times that I may not agree with everyone else's opinions, but I respect them all. They are the ones ridiculing me, not vice-versa.
